Projected territory: Berčiūnai Forest Park territory, located in the territory of the city of Panevėžys, which is bounded by the Sanžilė Canal, the Nevėžys River, railway lines and J. Janonio Street, approximately 50 ha. Objective: to create a recreational space by revitalizing the Berčiūnai Forest Park, which would promote the development of active recreation and recreational activities in the city of Panevėžys, improve the image of Panevėžys as a green city, create additional opportunities for leisure activities for citizens and city guests, and improve the aesthetic expression and architectural style of the city's public spaces. The objective of the project competition is to select the best project for the creation of a recreational space by revitalizing the Berčiūnai Forest Park from the projects (project proposals) submitted to the project competition, according to which Project proposals and a technical working project will be prepared. The price of project proposals, preparation of a technical working project and project implementation supervision services cannot exceed EUR 450,000.00 including VAT.
