Lithuania – Building construction work – Projekto „Senyvo amžiaus asmenų globos paslaugų plėtra rekonstruojant pastatą, esantį Melnragės gyvenamajame rajone, Aušros g. 41“ rangos darbai su darbo projekto parengimu

The project "Development of elderly care services by reconstructing a building located in the residential area of Melnragė, Aušros g. 41" contract works (hereinafter referred to as the works) with the preparation of a working design (hereinafter referred to as the services). The works and services are purchased in accordance with the 2024 technical design No. 2018-06-28-TP "Project for the construction of a residential building (for persons of various social groups) and the reconstruction of a residential building (Un. No. 2191- 0006-4021), changing its purpose to a treatment (nursing home), Aušros g. 41, Klaipėda (implementing the development of elderly care services)" (Annex 6 to the tender conditions) and the Customer's task (technical specification) (Annex 5 to the tender conditions). More detailed information and requirements for the purchased works, services are provided in the Customer's task (technical specification) and the technical project. The kitchen equipment provided for in Part 2018-06-28-TP-TS "Technological part of the kitchen production and auxiliary premises" of the technical project 2018-06-28-TP-TS "Kitchen production and auxiliary premises" is not purchased in this procurement - they will be purchased by the Contracting Authority in a separate procurement, therefore, when submitting a proposal, there is no need to evaluate them. Also, the electricity-gas and equipment designed contract works owned by ESO are performed by a contractor appointed by ESO. These works are not evaluated in the proposal price.
