Sanitary management services for the common areas (sidewalks, bus stops, squares, squares, etc.) of the southern part of Klaipėda city. The prices of the suppliers' offers cannot exceed EUR 2,450,000.00 including VAT (or EUR 2,024,793.39 excluding VAT, if the supplier is not a VAT payer or the services are not subject to VAT, or for other reasons due to which the final amount payable to the supplier by the Contracting Authority will be excluding VAT), offers exceeding this amount will be considered unacceptable and will be rejected. The preliminary quantities of the purchased services are specified in Annex 1 to the tender conditions, they may be reduced or increased during the execution of the Contract according to the needs of the Contracting Authority. The minimum amount of services ordered will be EUR 1,000,000.00 including VAT (or EUR 826,446.28 excluding VAT, if the supplier is not a VAT payer or the services are not subject to VAT, or for other reasons due to which the final amount payable to the supplier by the Contracting Authority will be exclusive of VAT), the maximum amount of services may be ordered for no more than EUR 2,500,000.00 including VAT (or EUR 2,066,115.70 excluding VAT, if the supplier is not a VAT payer or the services are not subject to VAT, or for other reasons due to which the final amount payable to the supplier by the Contracting Authority will be exclusive of VAT).
