Within the terms of the Works Performance and Construction Completion set out in the Agreement, in accordance with the Works Performance Schedule and the conditions set out in the Agreement, to perform, transfer and complete the construction works of the pedestrian bridge over the Neris River, from Brastos g. 32 to the territory next to the land plot at Jonavos g. 1A, Kaunas, in accordance with the Technical Project "Construction Project of the Pedestrian Bridge over the Neris River, from Brastos g. 32 to the territory next to the land plot at Jonavos g. 1A, Kaunas", to provide the services of preparing the Work Project and the Engineering Services necessary for the performance of the Works (performance of cadastral, geodetic measurements, performance documentation, electronic construction work log (ESDŽ) filling service, preparation of cadastral measurement files, performance photography and other engineering services necessary for the construction completion procedures (in order to draw up the necessary construction completion document)), as provided for in the Agreement, and to correct the defects identified after the Works Performance Term.
