Netherlands – Access control system – Elektronisch Toegangs- en Sluitsysteem

The purpose of this tender is to contract a single supplier for the delivery, management, and maintenance of the electronic access management system, including appropriate identifiers in the form of tags. The scope includes replacing all keys and cylinders in circulation at the start of the implementation, including door hardware and associated structural modifications to doors for the new tags, on-/offline cylinders/fittings, and/or electronic locks. The implementation of the system must commence in 2024 and be carried out in phases. The contract also provides for the delivery of a system that can be linked to Saxion’s Identity Access Management solution and in which access can be managed. This access is primarily role-based but can be expanded via a request process. It must be possible to facilitate additional authorizations, for example for the fault reporting process, so that external contractors can be granted temporary access.
