The work comprises repair works, project works, and a consignment service. Regarding the repair works, the municipality intends to distribute the work among the framework contractors based on the geographical area division. The intended area for Lot 1 comprises: City Centre, South, Old South, and Old North. Expected contract value: 50% of total turnover from repair works. A map with the geographical division will be published with the tender documents. The consignment service will be distributed among the three future contractors, each of whom will provide 4 months of consignment service annually for the entire area. Regarding the project works, these will take place within the entire area. The distribution of the projects does not follow the aforementioned area division.
