Netherlands – Construction work for commercial buildings, warehouses and industrial buildings, buildings relating to transport – De Realisatie en Exploitatie van een P-hub aan het Van Amstelpark op de TU Delft Campus Zuid

TU Delft is seeking a party or consortium of parties to realize a mobility hub (P-hub) at the Van Amstelpark on the TU Delft Campus South at its own expense and risk, with a capacity of at least 750 parking spaces + 50 bicycle parking spaces. The contractor is requested to operate and maintain the P-hub for a period of 30 years. At the end of this initial operating period, there is the possibility to extend the agreement a maximum of three times for five years each. The P-hub plays a central role in TU Delft's mobility policy and must contribute to a balanced supply of parking spaces on the TU Delft Campus. It must also contribute to broader objectives of TU Delft in the areas of circularity, energy efficiency, and electric car charging. The primary target group for this P-hub consists of subscription holders and companies that have established themselves or are planning to establish themselves on the TU Delft Campus South.
