Netherlands – Domestic furniture – Europese aanbesteding 'Inrichting ontheemden opvanglocaties'

The municipality is known for its commitment to solidarity, humanitarian values, and the pursuit of an inclusive society. We are currently facing a humanitarian crisis in which the need for support and shelter for Ukrainian refugees is central. In response to this emergency situation, we, as a municipality, are compelled to launch a tender for the furnishing of reception locations for displaced persons. The aim of this tender is to find a professional and empathetic partner capable of providing high-quality furniture. Currently, three locations have been established for the housing of displaced persons, all of which must be equipped with the necessary inventory. Furthermore, the municipality plans to develop additional locations in the short term. The expected capacity amounts to approximately 200 accommodation places, depending on the availability of sufficient suitable locations for this accommodation. It is impossible for the municipality to estimate in advance whether the 200 accommodation places can actually be realized. This will determine the quantities of inventory to be purchased.
