For more information about the Municipality of Breda, we refer you to the municipality's website: www.breda.nl Assignment The assignment concerns the supply and provision of facility services during large-scale events. Lots This assignment is not divided into lots. Purpose The purpose of this tender is to conclude a framework agreement for the supply of these products and services with a term of 2 years, effective from 25 April 2025. The client has the unilateral right to extend this twice by one (1) year. Decision-making regarding these extension(s) will be based on an evaluation of the performance delivered. Maximum contract value The maximum contract value within the framework of this framework agreement is set at € 900,000, viewed over the term of the agreement, including extension options. No rights can be derived from the stated amount. There is no obligation for the client to purchase. Should the maximum contract value be exceeded during the term of the framework agreement, the framework agreement will be terminated (earlier).
