Netherlands – Exhibition, fair and congress organisation services – Standbouw Test- en Vaccinatielocaties

The Assignment consists of:
- The Client creates an inventory list and layout per location; the Contractor ensures that the inventory and layout are set up and present at each location on the agreed date.
- Creation of the necessary technical drawings of the layout as agreed with the Client.
- Supply and installation of the requested signage and decoration for the vaccination locations. Signage refers to everything required to indicate walking routes, the waiting room, entrances and exits, etc. Examples include:
- Posters
- Boards
- Stickers
- Arranging and coordinating all requested rental materials and structures. Must be able to supply:
- Tables/desks
- Chairs
- Decoration (stickers, posters, plants, lighting)
- Adapted booths and structures for, e.g., children and people with disabilities
- Vaccination booths
- Administrative desks
- Standing tables
- Modifications to electrical systems and the building
- Installing and furnishing the locations as agreed in the technical drawings.
- Repairing and modifying the rented materials if necessary. -Transport of rented materials and supplies to all locations during setup.
-Installation of temporary facilities to ensure all locations are accessible to the elderly and disabled.
-In the event of emergencies involving delivered materials or structures, visiting on the same day for repairs and/or delivery of new materials.
-Dismantling and removal of signage and rented materials/structures on the agreed date per location.
-Transport of rented materials and supplies from all locations during dismantling/delivery.
-Repair work for any damage caused, as determined during the handover with the landlord.
