Opportunity Overview

Het doel van deze Europese aanbesteding is het sluiten van een overeenkomst tussen het RIVM en één Opdrachtnemer voor het leveren van diensten. De opdracht bestaat uit het implementeren en onderhouden van het SAP S/4HANA ERP-systeem voor de in scope zijnde processen (zie Beschrijvend Document en bijlagen) en betreft de volgende werkzaamheden: Diensten ten behoeve van een succesvolle implementatie van het uitgevraagde ERP systeem (migratie, configuratie, inrichting en koppelingen, inclusief tijdens de implementatie benodigde technisch beheer (TB), technisch applicatie beheer en functioneel applicatie beheer (TAB/FAB). Diensten ten behoeve van de operationele fase van het uitgevraagde ERP systeem conform overeengekomen SLA, zijnde technisch beheer (TB), technisch applicatie beheer en functioneel applicatie beheer (TAB/FAB) inclusief uit te voeren projecten/optionele diensten. De totaal geraamde waarde voor deze opdracht bedraagt € 10.740.000,00. De maximaal geraamde waarde voor deze opdracht bedraagt € 15.000.000 in verband met inflatie en indexering gedurende de looptijd en onvoorziene projecten.
