Netherlands – IT services: consulting, software development, Internet and support – Beheeromgeving BAG gemeente Gemert-Bakel en gemeente Laarbeek

The objective of the project is the acquisition, implementation, including maintenance and support, of a single BAG management environment for both Gemert-Bakel and Laarbeek. This is intended to enable the municipalities of Gemert-Bakel and Laarbeek to allow BAG administrators to carry out their data processing in a lawful, adequate, and (cost)efficient manner via a clear and organized solution. The solution must be cost-efficient, and employees must be able to rely on the timely, reliable, and correct processing of their data. The agreement takes effect immediately upon signing. This is also the moment when the implementation period commences. The initial term of the agreement starts on July 1, 2025, and spans a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 10 years. An agreement will be entered into with a single service provider, the draft of which will be attached as an appendix to the tender document.
