The aim of this tender is to purchase a system to support the Education Planning, Deployment Planning, and Scheduling processes. The scope of the assignment includes the following:
- Delivery, implementation, and support for configuring, setting up, and integrating one or more SaaS-based systems into the HAN application landscape to support the aforementioned processes;
- Providing support and incident management;
- Providing advice on setting up and commissioning the System. This may include configuration and setup of the System, setting up reporting, advice on (central and decentralized) functional management, and alignment of the System and processes;
- Providing (user) training for (end) users and functional managers within the HAN.
