This concerns a one-off assignment. A contract in the form of a construction agreement is being concluded, of which the underlying RAW specifications form an integral part. The work consists primarily of: • Supplying and installing lighting fixtures; • Supplying revision work; • Delivering the entire project ready for operation. All the work to be performed is located within the municipal boundaries of the Municipality of Cranendonck and falls solely under its responsibility. In the execution of the assignment, many activities are so closely linked that it constitutes a single assignment forming one technical and economic whole. Based on this, there is no question of a consolidated assignment. The scope of the assignment is such that the entire project is feasible for a company specializing in these activities. For this reason, it is not necessary to divide the work into lots. The work must be carried out continuously. At this moment, it is not yet possible to indicate the latest date by which the work must be completed. This depends on the execution by Enexis regarding the new public lighting infrastructure cable.
