The scope of the assignment is to conduct a food consumption survey among men and women aged 1-79, which will be carried out in phases in the following two consecutive components: 1. Pilot (September – February 2025). During the pilot, data on food consumption will be collected from approximately 300 young people (12-17 years) and approximately 300 older people (65-79 years) using the app. The pilot covers the entire RIVM process, from the preparation of data collection to the reporting of results using the new app and the new data platform. The pilot will be conducted in collaboration with a single supplier whose scope includes the recruitment of participants and the execution and verification of the data collection. 2. Multi-year study (2025-2029). Data will be collected annually from approximately 1,000 people aged 1-79. The period and research method will be determined after the pilot. The following methods may be used for this: (improved/modified) app, questionnaires, and/or interviews.
