Netherlands – Mass spectrometer – Raamovereenkomst MS configuratie al dan niet in combinatie met LC en/of GC

The UMCG intends to contract a maximum of eight Entrepreneurs in a Framework Agreement for a period of up to eight (8) years, to the maximum satisfaction of all users:
• Supply Mass Spectrometry (MS) configurations, whether or not in combination with LC and/or GC (hereinafter referred to as MS configuration), at a market-based price;
• Provide added value in the technical support and development of the necessary applications;
• Perform adequate maintenance on the supplied Mass Spectrometry configurations upon request. This will be specified in the further request for proposals.
• Supply consumables upon request. This will be specified in the further request for proposals.
Upon awarding, the UMCG will conclude a Framework Agreement with a maximum of eight Entrepreneurs. By means of a Request for Further Conditions (or Mini-competition) (hereinafter: Further Request for Proposals), the UMCG will conclude a Further Agreement. The public contracts to be awarded will be further defined in the Further Request for Proposals. In addition, the requirements regarding the undertaking have been set as low as possible to ensure maximum competition.
