Netherlands – Ornamental and pleasure gardens maintenance services – Interieurbeplanting Summa College

The contract to be tendered concerns the supply of new interior planting, including planters, and the provision of design and advice regarding the interior planting at all Summa College locations. Additionally, the contract includes the maintenance of the existing and newly supplied interior planting, including any replacement in consultation with the Client. At the start of the agreement, the Contractor must carry out a baseline survey to identify and number the existing plants and determine which ones may need to be replaced. The scope of the assignment does not include: • Exterior planting* • Rental of planting. The size of the assignment, based on historical data, amounts to approximately € 80,000 on an annual basis. This means a total contract value of € 320,000 for the entire duration of the agreement, including extension options.
