Tendering via the European open procedure in accordance with the (amended) Public Procurement Act 2012.
Client

Assignment
The assignment concerns:
Removal and disposal of the current parking meters, foundations, and all related items;
Supply, Implementation, and Maintenance of 163 parking meters and the Management System;
Supply, Implementation, and Maintenance of software, consisting of, among other things, a Management System and software located locally in the parking meter (GUI), all based on a SaaS solution to which the Equipment is connected. Preference is given to a cloud solution with a single central backup location (cloud solution also serving as a robust backup, preferably not a local server);
Supply, Implementation, and Maintenance of various Connections with the Management System for the purpose of data exchange with systems/external databases such as NPR, RDW, etc.; Maintaining all functionalities associated with the entire ICT Performance; (Secure) transfer and/or conversion of data and backups from current systems; Providing a helpdesk function for the Client; Training employees (including technicians, back office, application administrators, product owner); Optional (without obligation to purchase): Delivery, implementation, and maintenance of up to an additional 250 new parking meters for potential future regulated parking areas, including SaaS solution and various integrations, helpdesk, and training. Lots This assignment is not divided into lots. Objective The objective of this tender is to conclude an agreement with a term of 6 years. The Client has the unilateral right to extend this three times by two years.
