We would like to invite you to submit a bid for the contract for the landscaping maintenance of various grounds at Utrecht University: at the Utrecht Science Park (USP), International Campus Utrecht (ICU), and in the city centre of Utrecht, based on RAW specifications. The aim of this tender is to contract a party capable of executing the assignment to a high standard and consistently, while maintaining good communication with the various stakeholders within our organization. Additionally, we are seeking a sustainable contractor; therefore, circularity and SROI are important components of our evaluation methodology. You may submit your bid via Mercell no later than Thursday, October 16, 2025, before 12:00 PM. If you submit your bid later or in any other way, we are obliged to set it aside. Your bid will then not be evaluated, and you will no longer participate in this tender.
