Tender by European open procedure for the processing of waste streams from the Blink Cleaning Joint Arrangement (hereinafter Blink). Blink is the Contracting Party. Nature of the contract This concerns the processing and optional transport of various waste streams originating from the waste depots in the Blink service area. Purpose of the tender The purpose of the Tender is to conclude an agreement with one contracting party. The agreement will enter into force on 1 April 2025 and will have a term of two (2) years with two options for the Contracting Party to extend for a period of one (1) year each. Contract forecast (per year) GHRA 4,200 tonnes A/B wood 5,400 tonnes Construction and demolition waste (CDW) 2,590 tonnes C wood 1,000 tonnes Roofing felt 225 tonnes Award criterion The contract will be awarded on the basis of the lowest price. This tender will take place exclusively and entirely online using the Mercell Source-to-Contract platform (www.mercell.com).
