Netherlands – Research and experimental development services – Experiment Team

To respond to rapid changes in the media landscape, NPO aims to be an innovative organization that develops new products and services. To accelerate this process, NPO intends to establish an Experiment Team that identifies, develops, and validates innovative ideas based on the wishes and needs of end users. The goal is to validate six experiments per year together with our idea owners. At NPO, we believe it is important that internal colleagues continue to develop and that acquired knowledge is retained within the organization. Therefore, for each Contractor challenge, one NPO colleague will be expected to shadow the Innovation Strategist or UX Designer role to acquire relevant skills. The ultimate goal of this is to ensure that NPO possesses sufficient knowledge and expertise in the future to execute these challenges itself.
