Netherlands – School furniture – Meubilair

The contract to be tendered is defined as follows: the supply of school furniture and the provision of service and advice for the 18 schools of CorDeo. The Client retains the option to order specific custom fittings from another party if, in the Client's opinion, the Contractor is unable to fulfill the custom assignment. Over the past four years, approximately €200,000 (including VAT) has been spent annually on the purchase of furniture. The maximum total combined value of the framework agreement is set at €1,000,000 (including VAT). The maximum amounts have been set in such a way that CorDeo has the scope to purchase more furniture, should this be necessary. No rights can be derived from these amounts. If the specified scope is realized before the end date of the framework agreement, the contract will be re-tendered (prematurely).
