With this tender, WSRL aims to enter into a Framework Agreement with multiple contractors for the intake and processing of dredged material at a disposal location. This concerns dredged material of varying quality, which is released in partial batches during dredging works spread throughout WSRL's entire management area. The transport of the dredged material from the dredging location to the disposal location is not part of the Framework Agreement. All Bidders who meet the requirements set out in this Tender Guide and related documents are eligible for the Framework Agreement. WSRL does not wish to limit the number of parties that can join the Framework Agreement in advance, so that the right knowledge and experience can be selected during Further Requests for Quotations. In this way, WSRL aims to make the best possible use of knowledge, experience in the market, and competition/market dynamics. Therefore, no maximum has been set on the number of Bidders with whom a Framework Agreement is concluded. If only one Bidder meets the stated requirements, a Framework Agreement will be concluded only with this Bidder. The total estimated volume for the disposal of dredged material is approximately €500,000 per year (excluding VAT). These figures are based on an estimate and on sales figures from recent years. No rights can be derived from this. WSRL provides no revenue guarantees.
