The Municipality of The Hague intends to invest in the services of the Operations Department (DBV) over the coming years. The Operations Department (DBV) ensures that the more than 10,000 civil servants can effectively carry out their work for the residents of The Hague. The department focuses on all aspects of operations, including maintaining a solid ICT application landscape and providing reliable and up-to-date financial data. Part of this involves replacing and renewing the current operational systems for the P&O, HRS, Finance, Procurement, and Project Administration portfolios. The new technology that the Municipality of The Hague has purchased to support these processes is part of the Oracle Cloud HCM Suite. The municipality is seeking an implementation partner to implement the new system. The municipality is starting by renewing the systems that support P&O and HR services.
