Description of the assignment: The provision of invigilators as flexible workers to the Client. The Contractor is the formal employer, carries out the recruitment and selection, and maintains the group of available persons (the invigilator pool) at a high qualitative level. The Client is involved in the daily management and supervision of the invigilators. As a starting point, the temporary employment clause applies, and the Collective Labour Agreement (CLA) for flexible workers of the ABU or NBBU applies. An exception to this is Article D5, paragraph 1 of the CLA for higher professional education; this article prevails over the aforementioned CLAs. After consultation with the Client, it may also be possible to work without the temporary employment clause. Objective: Windesheim is seeking a reliable and high-quality Contractor who, during the execution of the Assignment, facilitates an invigilator pool characterized by a high degree of professionalism and commitment from invigilators. The invigilator pool is structured in such a way that demand based on provided schedules can be met at all times. This involves a suitable form for offering administrative activities regarding payroll administration on a temporary staffing basis. Outside scope: The following activities do not form part of the Assignment: Deployment of self-employed professionals via model agreements; Framework agreements for external specialist hiring, including third-party ICT hiring; Advisory services; Payroll services; Temporary staffing services. Location of execution of Assignment: The Assignment must be executed at the locations in Zwolle and Almere.
