The Municipality of The Hague intends, through this tendering process, to conclude a new contract for the supply, management, and maintenance of (existing) two-way radios, associated software, and the network, with the aim that the contractor ensures the continued functioning and, where possible, the improvement of:
• The ability to respond adequately to aggression and alarm notifications (security team);
• The ability to communicate quickly and securely with each other within and between the various buildings;
• Emergency Response organization: the ability to alert quickly and facilitate mutual communication;
• Ensuring the safety of the security guard when conducting fire and closing rounds.
