Procurement Procedure by means of the European open procedure in accordance with the (amended) Public Procurement Act 2012. Contracting Authority The contracting authority for this tender is the Municipality of Breda. Assignment The assignment concerns: the planting, maintenance, and relocation of the mobile tree planters within the Municipality of Breda. Lots This assignment is not divided into lots. Purpose The purpose of this tender is to conclude a framework agreement for the provision of these services with a term of 2 years, effective on April 14, 2025. The contracting authority has the unilateral right to extend this twice by 1 year. Decision-making regarding these extension(s) will be based on an evaluation of the performance delivered. The Client shall indicate in writing at least three (3) months before the expiry of the agreement whether or not the agreement will be extended. Maximum contract value The maximum contract value under this framework agreement is set at € 500,000, viewed over the duration of the agreement, including extension options. No rights may be derived from the stated amount. There is no obligation for the Client to purchase. Should the maximum contract value be exceeded during the term of the framework agreement, the framework agreement will be terminated (earlier).
