The work in both lots consists primarily of: • pruning trees: maintenance pruning and formative pruning; • removal of trees and stumps; • processing of resulting material; • implementation of traffic measures. Approximately 17,000 trees will be inventoried, inspected, and provided with pruning advice by third parties in 3 phases (approximately 2 calendar years). The aforementioned number of trees is expected to be distributed proportionally across lots 1 and 2 of the framework agreement. The execution activities in accordance with this framework agreement follow from the aforementioned inventory. Because the exact activities and quantities are not yet known during the tendering process, the contract has been structured as a framework agreement. The maintenance work on trees in accordance with framework agreements AM24018 and AM25005 exclusively concerns trees located within 10 meters of a road, cycle path, path, building, dike, watercourse, or weir.
