Netherlands – Works for complete or part construction and civil engineering work – Bouwteam het Lang

The Municipality of Enschede, as the contracting authority, intends to contract a single contractor for the replacement of the existing wastewater sewerage system and the redesign of the various village greens within Het Lang. The project entails: The Het Lang district, located in Wesselerbrink southwest of Enschede, consists of homes dating from the late 1960s and early 1970s. Various tasks are planned for this district, such as the replacement of the municipal wastewater sewer and the Ennatuurlijk heat network. The underground infrastructure of Enexis (gas and electricity) and Vitens (water) also needs to be reinforced and/or remediated. In addition, many homes need to be renovated and/or made more sustainable. All these tasks have created a challenging situation in the Het Lang district for which coordination between all parties is of essential importance. The Municipality of Enschede intends to tackle all tasks within the Het Lang district jointly (integrated district approach).
