Norway – Cleaning and polishing products – Purchase of soft paper, cleaning and disposable products

The aim of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer who shall cover the Contracting Authority's need for the procurement of soft paper, cleaning and disposable products in daily operations, at the right quality, in a cost efficient and environmentally and socially responsible way. The contract also includes service procurements such as assembly/disassembly of dispensers. For project procurements/major procurements, e.g. for the procurement and possibly assembly of dispensers, the contracting authority must have the right to hold separate competitions. This agreement does not apply for products that naturally come under the contract 'Procurement of medical consumables', such as skin cream, face napkins, disposable gloves etc.
