Opportunity Overview

The Norwegian Directorate of Immigration (UDI/Contracting Authority), invites tenderers to a negotiated procedure for the procurement of a framework agreement for compound tradesman services. The aim of the procurement is to cover UDI ́s need for trade services and construction projects. The work shall apply to both planned and ongoing work, which occurs in connection with operation and maintenance. The procurement is divided into two categories: Category 1: The assignments for trade services and simple stand-alone assignments are referred to in the procurement documents as Category 1.Category 2: Assignments for construction projects will be referred to as Category 2.Framework agreement will be signed for both Category 1 and category 2 together. Category 1 shall concern call-offs up to approx. NOK 2.5 million excluding VAT. Category 2 concerns major construction projects and it will have a framework of approx. NOK 2.5 million to approx. NOK 35 million excluding VAT. The contract shall mainly include works for the National Reception Centre (NAS). Category 1 assignments can be carried out on other properties that UDI operates in Eastern Norway if needed. Category 2 assignments shall only be carried out by NAS.
