Nye Veier AS shall enter into a framework agreement with a total supplier of property services. The service shall be carried out on properties that have been taken up in connection with road development and it mainly comprises residential properties. The properties are currently located in SørVest, SørØst, Innlandet and in Trøndelag. A complete overview of the localisation of the current properties is in Annex 1B. Experience is relatively stable in the number of properties, but there can be some replacements during the agreement period. The specialist areas that experience most used in the service are mainly janitor services, and secondly plumbing and electrical work, cleaning and construction services. Other relevant services can also be relevant, tenderers can then be asked to collect this as sub-suppliers. Further requirements for competence of personnel who shall carry out work on the contract are stated in Annex 1. Tenderers must be able to provide all of these services, if necessary, by using sub-suppliers. The tenderer is responsible for providing the necessary materials and equipment for the execution of the work. The work that shall be carried out on the contract can be ordered by the contracting authority. Tenderers must offer a permanent gender neutral preferred. This person shall be responsible for coordinating the assignment and having the dialogue with the contracting authority. The assignments that shall be carried out mainly consist of preparing, maintenance and follow-up of properties for rent, as well as maintenance, securing and inspecting properties that are empty. The estimated annual consumption of the agreement is approx. NOK 3 million excluding VAT. The maximum total value of the framework agreement is limited to NOK 18 million. The estimate is based on previous amounts and the expected future need is not binding for the contracting authority. See Annex 1 for further details on the assignment and the delivery requirements.
