The Norwegian Public Roads Administration, Operation and Maintenance East (hereafter called the "Contracting Authority") invites tenderers to a competition for the establishment, operation and maintenance of a 24 hour resting place for heavy transport along National Road 15 in the municipalities of Vågå, Lom or Skjåk. The driving distance from national road 15 to the entrance for the actual 24 hour resting place shall be a maximum of 1 km. The 24 hour resting place shall contain sanitary installations with toilets and showers and it shall have 12-15 parking places. Otherwise, the 24 hour resting place shall fulfil the requirements listed in the requirement specification.
