Norway – Research and development consultancy services – R&D assignment on science recruitment and science points in the admission to higher education.

The contracting authority would like tenders for a review that highlights the following: 1) Measures and effects to increase recruitment to science in higher education and to stimulate interest, engagement and better results in science earlier in education. 2) The effect and effects of science points in VGO 3) Who is studying science in higher education and to what degree different admission possibilities are used for studies with special admission requirements. The assignment shall be delivered to the Ministry of Education and Research in the form of a written report by 31 August 2026. The assignment also includes the delivery of a status report by 1 December 2025, as well as two oral presentations of the final report. The estimated value of the procurement is up to NOK 1.6 million excluding VAT.
