Norway – Research and development consultancy services – Impact assessment of Håmmålsfjellet-Sålekinna as winter pasture for Fosen reindeer grazing district

It is a prerequisite for the mediation agreements between Sør-Fosen Sijte and Fosen wind, and between Nord-Fosen Sijte and Roan Vind that the state shall provide an additional area as a winter pasture for the two sledges. Based on a reindeer herding assessment from NIBIO, the Government is now considering the area Håmmålsfjellet-Sålekinna in Os, Tolga and Engerdal municipalities in Innlandet county as winter pastures. The Ministry of Agriculture and Food now intends to have an impact assessment of how the use of the area will affect other interests and actors in the area. The final delivery deadline for the contract is 1 July 2026. The examiner and contracting authority must have a dialogue on when sub-contract 1 shall be fulfilled. The estimated value of the procurement is up to NOK 4,000,000 excluding VAT. The estimated value is not binding for the contracting authority.
