1. The subject of the contract is the development and implementation of a promotional campaign and media coverage for the "PPO WSL 2030. Establishment of a Regional Innovation Observatory" project. 2. The description of the subject of the contract (in short: OPZ) constitutes Appendix No. 3 to the ToR/Appendix No. 1 to the draft contract provisions. 3. The draft contract provisions (in short: PPU) regarding the above public procurement, which will be incorporated into the contract, can be found in Appendix No. 2 to the ToR. 4. The Contracting Authority requires that all materials created during implementation comply with the Guidelines for the implementation of equality principles under EU funds for 2021-2027, in particular with Appendix No. 2: Accessibility standards for cohesion policy 2021-2027, and the requirements specified in the WCAG 2.1 standard at a minimum level of AA. 5.
