Poland – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – Wykonanie dokumentacji projektowej głębokiej termomodernizacji budynku Zespołu Szkół Mechanicznych nr 1 przy ul. Kruszwickiej 2 w Bydgoszczy

1. The subject of the contract is the preparation of design and cost estimate documentation for the thermal modernization of the Mechanical School Complex No. 1 at 2 Kruszwicka Street in Bydgoszcz, within the scope and under the conditions specified in the Terms of Reference with appendices, including Appendix No. 5 entitled "Description of the Subject of the Contract". 2. The Ordering Party has divided the contract into lots, i.e. the contract covering the thermal modernization of educational institutions in Bydgoszcz. The Ordering Party intends to execute it in parts concerning individual institutions, in separate procedures. 3. The Ordering Party does not intend to award the contracts referred to in art. 214 sec. 1 item 7 of the Public Procurement Act. 4. The Ordering Party allows interested Contractors to conduct an on-site inspection on 18 March 2025 at 14:00. The meeting place is at the main entrance to the building of the Mechanical School Complex No. 1 at 2 Kruszwicka Street in Bydgoszcz. Participation in the meeting is not mandatory. 5. The Ordering Party does not intend to submit the evidence in question. 6. Specification of social, environmental aspects or labels in the description of the subject of the contract: The Ordering Party has taken into account the requirements regarding accessibility for disabled persons and design for all users, in accordance with Article 100 paragraph 1 of the Public Procurement Law. 7. The Ordering Party requires a performance security.
