Poland – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – Wykonanie dokumentacji projektowej głębokiej termomodernizacji budynków Zespołu Szkół nr 16 przy ul. Koronowskiej 74 w Bydgoszczy

1. The subject of the contract is the preparation of design documentation for the deep thermal modernization of the buildings of the School Complex No. 16 at 74 Koronowska Street in Bydgoszcz, within the scope and under the conditions specified in the Specification of Contract Terms and Conditions with appendices, including Appendix No. 5 entitled "Description of the Subject of the Contract." 2. The Ordering Party has divided the contract into lots, i.e. the contract covering the thermal modernization of educational institutions in Bydgoszcz. The Ordering Party intends to execute it in parts concerning individual facilities, in separate procedures. 3. The Ordering Party does not intend to award the contracts referred to in art. 214 sec. 1 item 7 of the Public Procurement Act. 4. The Ordering Party allows interested Contractors to conduct an on-site inspection on 9 April 2025 at 14:00. The meeting place is at the main entrance to the building of the School Complex No. 16 at 74 Koronowska Street in Bydgoszcz. Participation in the meeting is not mandatory. 5. The Ordering Party does not intend to submit the evidence in question. 6. Specification of social, environmental aspects or labels in the description of the subject of the contract: The Ordering Party has taken into account the requirements regarding accessibility for disabled persons and design for all users, in accordance with Article 100 paragraph 1 of the Public Procurement Law. 7. The Ordering Party requires a performance security.
