1. The subject of the contract is the preparation of design documentation and obtaining a building permit or a certificate stating that there are no grounds for objection to the notification of construction or performance of other construction works, the adaptation of all technical solutions to applicable regulations, and the performance of authorial supervision for the project: "Revitalization and thermal modernization of the building at 97 1 Maja Street in Wałbrzych, together with the development of the adjacent area" - plots no. 452/1 and 451/1, precinct no. 30 Sobięcin. The subject of the contract includes the preparation of complete design and cost estimate documentation based on the currently applicable regulations and the Ordering Party's guidelines based on the Ordering Party's technical opinion on the building and on the guidelines of the conservator of monuments - the building at 97 1 Maja Street in Wałbrzych. 1 Maja 97 in Wałbrzych is included in the register of monuments and is located within the historic urban layout of the SOBIĘCIN DISTRICT - entered into the register of monuments by the decision of 31 May 1978 under the number A/715/696/Wł. The scope of the study should include, among others: a) changing the function of the building to a residential building with two or three staircases, b) preserving at least two of the existing facades, including the front and side facades from the side of Św. Józefa (taking into account the provisions of the draft resolution on the local spatial development plan for the area located in the area of 1-go Maja, Św. Józefa and Emilii Plater streets in Wałbrzych), c) conducting comprehensive ground surveys due to the existing mining damage, d) design of residential premises with a 2-3-room structure (a room with a kitchenette is permitted), e) design of apartments on the ground floor intended for people with disabilities and wheelchair users, f) facilities for people with disabilities, including the blind and visually...
