1.The subject of the order is: a) Development of multi-discipline design and cost estimate documentation for thermal modernization (including insulation), renovation (renovation), reconstruction and change of use with the preparation of a design of building equipment for a building located in Gdańsk at 12 Gościnna Street - plot no. 10, precinct 0109, b) development of multi-discipline design and cost estimate documentation for the development of the land of geodetic plot no. 10, precinct 0109, together with communication with neighboring plots no. 9, 11, 13/4, precinct 0109, c) obtaining administrative decisions for the conduct of construction works from the appropriate architectural and construction administration authority, enabling the Ordering Party to commence construction works, d) preparing a one-time update of the investor's cost estimates, e) exercising authorial supervision in the scope of: - determining during the execution of construction works the compliance of the implementation with the design, - agreeing on the possibility of introducing alternative solutions to those envisaged in the design and reported by the construction manager or investor's supervision inspector and in accordance with the concluded contract. 2.
