Poland – Architectural design services – ul. Tadeusza Rejtana 6 i 15/16 - Opracowanie dokumentacji w ramach zadania ECO Synergy Gdańsk- Instrument ELENA

1.The subject of the contract is: a) development of two separate multi-discipline design and cost estimate documentation for thermal modernisation (including insulation), renovation (renovation) and reconstruction, with the preparation of a design of building equipment for buildings located in Gdańsk at: - ul. Tadeusza Rejtana 15/16, cadastral plot no. 11, district no. 111; - ul. Tadeusza Rejtana 6, cadastral plot no. 17/1, 17/2, district no. 111. b) obtaining administrative decisions for the conduct of construction works from the competent architectural and construction administration authority, enabling the Ordering Party to commence construction works, c) preparation of a one-off update of the investor’s cost estimates; d) exercise of author’s supervision in the scope of: - determining during the course of construction works the compliance of the implementation with the design, - agreeing on the possibility of introducing alternative solutions in relation to those envisaged in the design and reported by the construction manager or investor’s supervision inspector and in accordance with the concluded agreement. 2.
