The subject of the order includes: - delivery and assembly of manually operated mobile racks and stationary racks, together with their transport, unloading, carrying, assembly and set-up in the rooms indicated by the Ordering Party, located at the ZUS Branch Office in Tarnów at 5 Warsztatowa Street, in accordance with the delivery schedule developed by the parties within 7 days of concluding the contract, - provision of a warranty (minimum 5 years - maximum 10 years, in accordance with the submitted offer), - free periodic technical inspections (service) of mobile racks, adjustments and lubrication during the warranty period (minimum 2 times a year).
