Poland – Banking and investment services – „Bankowa obsługa budżetu Gminy Miasto Świdnica oraz podległych jednostek organizacyjnych”

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of banking services to the budget of the Municipality of Świdnica and its subordinate organizational units, including cash and non-cash transactions, mass payment services as described in the description of the subject of the contract, and the provision of a revolving overdraft facility. 2. The list of organizational units is provided in Appendix No. 2 to the ToR. The number of organizational units may change during the period of performance of the subject of the contract, i.e., the Ordering Party reserves the right to extend the service to a maximum of two additional organizational units, or to discontinue the provision of services to a maximum of two organizational units during the term of the contract. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, specifying the services to be provided as part of the banking services, is provided in Appendix No. 1 to the ToR. 4.
