Poland – Building alteration work – Przebudowa budynku Centrum Bioróżnorodności (dawnej restauracji „Champion”) na terenie Parku Śląskiego im. Gen. Jerzego Ziętka S.A. w Chorzowie.

1. The subject of the contract is the task entitled "Reconstruction of the Biodiversity Center building (former "Champion" restaurant) in the Silesian Park named after Gen. Jerzy Ziętek S.A. in Chorzów" on the premises of Park Śląski S.A. in Chorzów. 2. The task will be carried out under the "Design and Build" formula. 3. The scope of the subject matter of the contract includes the execution of: 1) Stage I: a) preparation of construction design documentation based on the Ordering Party's concept, along with obtaining, on behalf of and for the benefit of the Ordering Party, all final administrative decisions necessary to commence and complete construction works, including, in particular, a decision on environmental conditions for the planned project (including an environmental impact report), if necessary, and a final building permit, including obtaining these decisions for the Ordering Party based on an appropriate power of attorney; b) preparation of a detailed investor's cost estimate based on the KNR; c) preparation of detailed documentation in accordance with applicable regulations, including technical and construction regulations, design principles, and technical knowledge. 2) Stage II: a) proper execution of construction works (based on the prepared documentation) in accordance with good construction practice, including obtaining a final, positive occupancy permit; b) construction and placement of an information board. 4. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is specified in the FUP with appendices (Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ). 5. Additional conditions for the implementation of the order are specified in the draft provisions of the contract (Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ).
