1. The subject of the contract is construction work—construction and conservation work on the Hunting Palace in Julin as part of the project titled “Preservation and Development of the Cultural Heritage of the Former Łańcut Estate through Renovation, conservation work, and the reconstruction and creation of exhibition spaces at the Hunting Palace in Julin OR - KA V” in accordance with the grant agreement from FEPK.05.05- IZ.00-0005/23 The subject of the contract consists of the performance of renovation, construction, and conservation works on the Hunting Palace in Julin, including: 1) construction and installation works within the building regarding structural and finishing elements, as detailed in SWZ and in the construction and working drawings, as well as the STWiOR specifications; 2) the performance of the full scope of conservation work described in the Conservation Work Program and project documentation; including: conservation of historic mosaic parquet floors, wood paneling, ceilings, cabinets, fireplaces, above-roof chimneys, the lantern tower, elements of balconies, porches, arcades, and architectural details on the roof and facades; 3) installation of new systems in the building: electrical systems a) for basic lighting and electrical outlets; low-voltage systems: LAN, CCTV, KD, SSP, fixed fire suppression systems (SUG), fire alarm systems, system visualization; b) plumbing systems: water and sewer, fire hydrant, external and internal gas, central heating, mechanical ventilation, air conditioning, and misting systems. 4) External connections and systems a/ water connection supplied from Lot No. 95 in Wydra to the water meter chamber planned at the western boundary of the lot b/ water system on the lot (water for firefighting purposes—hydrant system; water for domestic and living purposes in the Palace building; water supply to the misting system’s water tank) c/ fogging system distributed around the Palace building; d/ sanitary sewer system (Ø 200PVC)...
