1. The subject of the contract is: delivery and installation of 90 bus shelters in the city of Białystok. 2. Detailed scope of work covered by the contract: Delivery and installation of 90 "Stare Miasto" type bus shelters with an aluminum structure, manufactured in accordance with the terms and conditions and based on the design documentation contained in Annex No. 6 to the Technical Specifications (SWZ), which constitutes the draft contract. 1) The Contractor is obligated to perform the contract specified in the contract and SWZ in accordance with the submitted offer, as well as any changes agreed with the Ordering Party and undertaken during the work. 2) The Ordering Party requires a minimum 48-month warranty for the work performed. 3) The description of the subject of the contract takes into account the accessibility requirements for disabled persons in accordance with Article 100 of the Public Procurement Law – the requirement to place the board at a height enabling wheelchair users to read the information and to leave space (no bench) for wheelchair access to the board and shelter under the shelter.
