1. The subject of the order is the delivery of three (2 buses, 1 bus) low-emission buses (diesel, EURO VI standard minimum) for transport in rural areas to replace existing buses on existing rural bus lines. The purchased buses will be adapted to transport disabled persons and persons with reduced mobility. 5. A detailed description of the subject of the order is provided in Appendix 1 to the Technical Specifications (Technical Parameters of Buses). 4. The subject of the order must meet the following requirements: 1) be brand new, unused, technically efficient, safe, complete, and ready for operation; 2) meet all the specifications specified in the terms of reference and comply with applicable standards; 3) have complete technical and operational documentation. 4) adaptation of the rolling stock to climate change and resistance to extreme weather events, 5) it should meet all low-emission standards, 6) service and maintenance of purchased vehicles ensuring appropriate use and protection of water resources (without negatively impacting these resources), 7) service and maintenance of purchased vehicles in accordance with the principles of the circular economy, including waste prevention and recycling, 8) service and maintenance of purchased vehicles related to the prevention and control of air, water or soil pollution. 9) Within the scope of work covered by the warranty, the Contractor is obligated to carry them out in accordance with the DNSH principles, including by: a) all warranty work must be performed taking into account the prevention and control of air, water and soil pollution, b) all warranty work must be performed using ecological means, in accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines, c) waste generated as a result of the work must be segregated and disposed of in accordance with applicable environmental protection regulations, d) the principle of waste minimization through recycling and reuse of materials must be applied. 7.
