The subject of the contract in Part 1 is a service consisting of conducting an assessment of applications for funding submitted by applicants, including due diligence, for projects with a requested capital investment value below PLN 100 million. It is expected that in Part 1 of the contract, the number of applications submitted for assessment will be no fewer than 1 and no more than 10. The scope of the contract includes an assessment of applications for funding submitted by applicants, including: a) a comprehensive assessment of applications for funding according to the project selection criteria referred to in point 8 of the Priority Program (Annex to the Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract), i.e., a full assessment according to the qualitative eligibility criteria, additional criteria, and horizontal criteria, including a re-assessment of the application (if supplementation by the applicant is necessary); b) comprehensive (i) assessment of the current status and development prospects of the audited company (Applicant), (ii) SWOT analysis, (iii) identification of all key risks, (iv) valuation of the company along with a profitability analysis of the potential investment (items (i)-(iv)), collectively referred to as the due diligence analysis); and c) presentation of proposed terms of capital involvement, including capital entry and exit.
