Each delivery must be accompanied by a product quality certificate. This product will be used in the production of animal feed. The VAT rate is in accordance with the category of animal feed, which is classified under the divisions (codes) of the Combined Nomenclature (CN), listed in Annex 10 to the VAT Act. The customer is a taxpayer of agricultural tax and will use the ordered product for their own needs.
