1. The subject of the order is: Delivery of a pressurized water reactor with instrumentation. The subject of the order includes, in particular, the sale, delivery, unloading, carrying in, assembly, and installation by an authorized manufacturer's service center of all components of the subject of the order at the Ordering Party's premises, as well as training of the Ordering Party's personnel in the operation of the supplied equipment. 2. The detailed scope of the subject of the order is specified in the following appendices: 1) Appendix No. 1A to the Technical Specifications – "Order Cost Summary" Form; 2) Appendix No. 8 to the Technical Specifications – Technical Parameters. This order is being carried out as part of the project entitled: Development of research infrastructure in innovative areas of pharmaceutical and low-emission technologies within Łukasiewicz – IChP – "Mościcki Campus" [implemented as part of the National Plan for Reconstruction and Improvement of Resilience (KPO)].
